Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge vs Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra

Pros

• At 5.8mm and 163g, it is the most pocketable flagship Galaxy ever made — easily one-hand friendly
• 200MP camera system captures extraordinary detail; Nightography keeps night shots clean
• Snapdragon 8 Elite delivers class-leading performance for AI, gaming, and video editing
• IP68 water resistance and Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 for durability despite ultra-slim profile
• Wi-Fi 7 future-proofs home network performance

Cons

• 3900 mAh battery is the smallest in the S25 family — heavy users may need a midday top-up
• No telephoto lens — a notable omission at ₹72,599 compared to S25 Ultra which has 50MP periscope
• 25W wired charging feels conservative on a 2025 flagship
• Very high price-to-battery ratio — competing phones offer larger cells at lower cost

Pros

• The 50MP 5× periscope telephoto delivers best-in-class optical zoom — 10× lossless zoom is usable in ways most phones cannot match
• Built-in S Pen enables document annotation, sketching, and precise text selection
• Anti-reflective Gorilla Glass Armor dramatically reduces glare versus standard glass
• Titanium frame keeps the phone rigid and premium, comparable to iPhone Pro
• Galaxy AI features like Circle to Search, Generative Edit, and Live Translate add tangible daily value

Cons

• At 232g it is the heaviest S-series phone — extended one-hand use causes fatigue
• 45W charging is competitive but not fast compared to Chinese flagship phones at ₹1L
• Price of ₹99,999 is a premium — the S25 Ultra at ₹94,999 offers a newer chip for less
• QHD+ at this brightness, combined with the large display, reduces battery endurance under heavy use
